O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to survey the property in S.F.No.328/24, situate at Vellalapatti, Theravur Village, Viralaimalai Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the subject property has been measured on 12.06.2025 in the presence of the petitioner and the petitioner has also signed in the surveyor's report prepared by the respondents. The copy of the report along with acknowledgement is also produced before this Court.

3. Recording the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
