Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. No exception can be taken to the writ prayer. All that the petitioner wants is that the second respondent should finalise the matter.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that based on the resolution of the Corporation council, action will be taken. It is also stated that the council meeting is to be held on 28.08.2022.

4. The respondents are directed to finalise the matter within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of on these terms. No costs.
