(Order of the court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN,J.) This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned physical possession notice issued by the 2nd respondent dated 10.04.2017 and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to follow due process of law and issue notice and sufficient time to the petitioner/ tenant to vacate the premises that were taken physical possession by the 2nd respondent on 10.04.2017 based on the order of the 1st respondent.

2. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the time of admission itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondnet.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/tenant submits that if 30 days time is granted to the petitioner to vacate, he would vacate the premises within that time.

5.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner and recording his statement, this writ petition is disposed of by giving 30 days time from the date of receipt of copy of this order to vacate the premises. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.(MD) No.7557 and 7558 of 2017 are closed.
