The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to regularize the service of petitioner as a full time vocational instructor in the light of the representations dated 28.01.2014 and 23.05.2017.

2.Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 28.01.2014 and 23.05.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, by giving personal opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
