ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in respect of the petition mentioned land. She had given an application on 06.10.2020. It is also stated that declaratory relief was given in her favour made in O.S.No.7 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kamuthi.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader states that it is the District Collector, Ramanathapuram who is competent to consider the petitioner's case.

4. The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent. The second respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks after the representation is given by the writ petitioner.
