ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) When the petitioner's son Bharanidaran, born on 21.04.2004 and now aged about 19 years, gone missing from his house, he had given a complaint, which was registered by the second respondent police in Crime No.402 of 2021 under the caption 'Boy Missing'. In this background, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2. Today when the matter was called, the second respondent herein had produced the petitioner's son before us, who stated that he has in love with the third respondent and he is now living with her. When the petitioner, being a major, has taken a conscious decision to live with the third respondent herein, we are unable to consider the present prayer sought for by the petitioner.
