ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue patta for the land in Survey No.446/3A1A to an extent of 3 cents, pursuant to the partition deed dated 09.02.2009.

2. Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that there is no clear boundary for the Survey No.446/3A1A in the partition deed and the measurement of the land is also not tallied with the partition deed. The same has also been informed to the petitioner by proceedings in Na.Ka.No.D2/5985/2022 dated 06.01.2023 2/4

3. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner challenge the proceedings dated 06.01.2023 in the manner known to law. No costs. 03.07.2023 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
