O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to direct tthe respondents to measure his property and place the survey stones in Survey No.372/1 to an extent of 660 square feet situated at Kovathakudi Village, Pachur, Manachanallur, Tiruchirappalli District, based on his representation dated 09.05.2017.

2. The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 09.05.2017 on merits and in accordance with law after providing an opportunity https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the other parties concerned, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
