For Respondent : Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :-For Anticipatory bail in Crime No.171 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 & 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.171 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused have attacked the defacto complainant and his brother and abused them in filthy language. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are innocents, they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution, but they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that in this case, two persons sustained injuries. One person has been discharged and another person is still taking treatment in the hospital. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.13943 of 2021 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and also the fact that the victim is still taking treatment in the hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to file a fresh application for anticipatory bail.
