To call for the records of the impugned judgment made in Spl.S.C.No.22 of 2020 on the file of the learned Special Court for Exclusive trial of POCSO Act Cases, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur dated 04.12.2021 and set aside the same. Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.9512 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD)No.516 of 2022 dated 07.03.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police are present before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and also submitted that the investigation is going on.

5.
