The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to issue patta for Survey Number 459, Panakudi Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District based on petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2016 and 16.05.2017, that already his neighbour have been issued patta the same was also observed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(MD).No.3312 of 2011 dated 24.03.2011.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2016 and 16.05.2017, on merits and in accordance with law after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the other parties concerned, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
