ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time to furnish sureties in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 2563 of 2026 dated 09.02.2026. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioners that due to personal reasons they could not arrange sureties and comply the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).2563 of 2026 for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
