ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for TANGEDCO.
2. The petitioner is permitted to give a fresh representation to the respondent. The respondent shall consider the same and take a call as to whether the present connection should be disconnected and in its place, a fresh service connection in the name of the writ petitioner is to be given or not. The respondent shall take a decision within a period of four weeks after the petitioner gives a fresh representation. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
