PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act,1971 praying this Court to punish the Contemnor/Respondent under the Contempt of Courts Act for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)N0.3446 of 2022, dated 13.6.2023.

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the 1/4

Contemnor/Respondent under the Contempt of Courts Act for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.3446 of 2022, dated 13.06.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that as per the order under contempt, after remand, the respondent had passed an order on 24.07.2025 by his proceedings in Ni.Mu.No.E-1420142/2023/G5 and hence, the direction issued by this Court is complied with. The learned Additional Government Pleader has also produced a copy of the order passed by the District Revenue Offier, Madurai, dated 24.7.2025 and a copy of the same was also handed over to the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

4.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, the Contempt Petition is closed.
