This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first Respondent, to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2021 to enquire and direct the second and third Respondents to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3397 of 2019 dated 06.03.2019. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on receipt of the representation from the petitioner, the third respondent had conducted a detailed enquiry and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul, but not yet take on file.
