ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No. Not known of 2019, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) of the respondent submitted that it appears to be a case of job racketing. But the de-facto complainant is not appearing before the respondent police. Hence, this Court directs the respondent to issue summons to the de-facto complainant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.11040 of 2019 as and when the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police and co-operate with the investigation/enquiry. If the respondent intends to register an First Information Report against the petitioners, the respondent shall issue notice under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C. to the petitioners. This arrangement is directed so as to give breathing time to the petitioners to move this Court for the relief.

4.Subject to this direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
