ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioners shall execute common surety instead of Government surety and blood surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.4599 of 2018, order dated 26.09.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the condition imposed in the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute common surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli. The other conditions imposed in Cr.M.P.No.4599 of 2018, order dated 26.09.2018 remains unchanged.
