The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 15.02.2023 to the second respondent, seeking grant of patta in his name for the property in old Survey No.152 and New Survey No.360/14, to an extent of 142.3 sq. meter at Chinnamalai Kundru Village, Ettayapuram Taluk, Thoothukudi District. Since the said representation has not been considered by the second respondent, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that the representation of the petitioner was already considered by the second respondent/the Tahsildar, Thoothukudi District, in 2/4
