W.P(MD)No.17070 of 2021 petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition for the reason that the aggrieved parties would file an appeal under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, challenging the impugned order dated 13.09.2021 passed by the third respondent.
2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
