ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent police to the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.04.2023 against the petitioner's daughter-in-law and other henchmen alleging that the said persons have trespassed into the house and caused head injury. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that CSR.No.405 of 2023 dated 25.04.2023 was given and the matter is under enquiry. It is further reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the respondent police will complete the enquiry within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.By recording the said undertaking that the enquiry will be completed within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, this Writ Petition is closed.
