ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Family Court, Madurai to dispose the suit in O.S.No.53 of 2021 within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3.The petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.53 of 2021 filed by him seeking decree of divorce as against the respondent.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit is pending for the past four years without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

5.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.53 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases. No costs. 03.07.2025 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes / No ta To 1.The Family Court, Madurai.
