The wife seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.121 of 2019, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Thiruvarur to the file of the Sub Court, Devakottai.

2. Transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience. It is seen from the records that the wife is a resident of Pallathur Post, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District and the husband is a resident of Keezha Sannanallur, Nannilam Taluk, Nagapattinam District.

3.Despite service, the respondent is not appearing either in person or through counsel duly instructed. 4.Considering the convenience of the wife and the fact that the transfer is sought for only to the Sub Court, Devakottai, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Tr.C.M.P(MD)No.315 of 2020 Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed. H.M.O.P.No.121 of 2019 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Thiruvarur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Devakottai. The SubCourt, Thiruvarur is directed to transmit the papers to the Sub Court, Devakottai forthwith. No cots.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
