To call for records set aside the impugned order dated 12.02.2020 and made in M.C.No.03 of 2019 on the file of Family Court, Ramanathapuram, allow this criminal revision case. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.ANTONY ARULRAJ, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.S.SRIVINIVASA RAGHAVAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to permit the first petitioner / wife to withdraw the money, which is deposited by the respondent / husband in the Family Court, as per the order of this Court, dated 02.03.2021, in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5543 of 2020, in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.616 of 2020.

2. On the side of the petitioners, it is stated that the first petitioner / wife may be permitted to withdraw the money deposited by the respondent / husband before the Family Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. The respondent / husband has no serious objection.

4. The amount deposited by the respondent/ husband is for the maintenance of the first petitioner / wife. Hence, the first petitioner / wife is permitted to with draw the amount.
