Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent police to register the case in pursuant to direction given by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai in C.M.P.No.4923 of 2018 dated 21.08.2018.

ORDER

It is seen from the records that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai, has already passed the order in C.M.P.No.4923 of 2018 dated 21.08.2018, wherein, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai, had directed to the respondent police to investigate the case and file a report. In spite of the said order, the respondent police have not registered the FIR till date.

2.There shall be a direction to the third respondent to register the FIR immediately in obedience of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai and proceed further in accordance with law.
