This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari, by calling for the records relating to the impugned notice dated 08.09.2021 issued by the respondent under sections 160 and 91 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been conducted in Crime No.136 of 2018, on the file of Sivakasi Town Police Station, Virudhunagar District and charge sheet has also been filed before the concerned Court. 3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
