(Fifth respondent is suo-motu impleaded) : Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2016 and to direct the respondents to provide compassionate appointment to her daughter V.Marya Bindiya within a time as stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2016 and to direct the respondents to provide compassionate appointment to her daughter, namely, V.Marya Bindiya.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.The case of the petitioner is that her husband namely Vincent, who was working as Junior Assistant under the third respondent, died on 20.10.2011, while in service, leaving behind his wife viz., the petitioner and his daughter viz., Marya Bindiya, as his legal representatives. When the petitioner presented an application for appointment on complainant ground for her daughter, on 31.12.2012, her daughter was only aged about 17 years and therefore she could not get job. The fourth respondent by the proceedings dated 16.05.2013, issued notice to produce relevant documents and accordingly all the documents have been submitted and at that time her daughter had completed 18 years and the third respondent informed the petitioner that her daughter name is kept in waiting list. During that period, her daughter completed degree in Bachelor of Commerce. But, no orders of appointment is received.
Therefore, she sent a detailed representation to the third respondent on 01.10.2016 and the same has not been considered so far. Therefore, this writ petition has been filed.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the authority to consider the representation of the petitioner is the Commandant, Tamil Nadu Special Police, Tiruchirappalli. Therefore, the Commandant, Tamil Nadu Special Police, Tiruchirappalli, is suo motu impleaded as fifth respondent, in order to avoid waste of time.
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that it is agreeable for the fifth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, if a representation is submitted to the fifth respondent.
6.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, the petitioner is directed to submit her representation dated 01.10.2016 to the fifth respondent within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such representation is being
submitted, the fifth respondent is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
7.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
