ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 09.09.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506(i) I.P.C, in Crime No.240 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.2,75,000/- with a promise to arrange conductor job in TNSTC and cheated the defacto complainant. It is also alleged that this accused has issued bogus appointment order to the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent. There was a money dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, due to which, the defacto complainant lodged a false complaint before the respondent police. 4.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:
(i) the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs ) to the credit of Crime No.240 of 2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar, Virudhunagar District.
(ii) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar, Virudhunagar District.
