This Writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated 25.07.2016, by which punishment was imposed on the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

the respondents would submit that the petitioner has chosen to avail alternative remedy of filing Appeal and the Appeal is pending before the first respondent. There is also an assurance on the part of the first respondent that the Appeal will be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Recording the undertaking given on the side of the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently WMP(MD)No.14694 of 2016 is also closed.
