ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 120(b)(ii) (B) and 29(1) of NDPS Act, I.P.C, in Crime No.1403 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused persons found in possession of 1.200 kg Kanja. Hence, the complaint.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is having two previous cases similar in nature.
