This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to take action against the third respondent based on the representation made by the petitioners on 05.11.2020.

2. When this Court expressed its mind that this Court is not inclined to grant the relief as sought for by the petitioners, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought for the permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition to approach the Ombudsman and work out their remedy.
