Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to transfer the patta to the name of the petitioner for the vacant land to the extent of 1196 sq.ft situate in Survey No.678/1A, Manavadi Village, Karur Taluk, Karur District in the light of the petitioner's online application dated 28.03.2023 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

The petitioner has approached this Court that his application for grant of patta for the land in Survey No.678/1A, Manavadi Village, Karur Taluk, Karur District was not considered by the respondents.

2.Today(04.07.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for admission, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing 2/5

for the respondents submits that the petitioner's application for grant of patta was rejected by the respondents on 04.07.2023 that the petitioner has not enclosed the legal heir certificate and other required documents. 3.Considering the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh application along with the legal heir certificate and other required documents before the respondents within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such filing of an application, the same shall be considered by the respondents and necessary orders shall be passed in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from thereon.
