PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2018 to take necessary action against the 4th and 7th respondents for their abuse of powers and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to restrained the 3rd and 6th respondents from conduct the kattapanchayath till the disposal of the suit in O.S.No.279 of 2013, which pending before the learned Sub-ordinate Judge, Palani (Camp Court) at Kodaikanal, Dindigul District For Petitioners : Mr.B.Senthilkumar For R1 to R7 : Mr.B.Bhagawathi Government Advocate

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner to take action against the other respondents, in order to stop the Kattapanchayath i.e said to have conducted by the private respondents.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation to the first and second respondents and a direction can be given to the first and second respondents to consider the representation and to take suitable action in accordance with law.

3.In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation dated 20.09.2018 made by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and take appropriate action in accordance with law. The second respondent before passing the orders, shall call all the parties concerned, in order to ascertain the correct facts. 4.With this direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
