RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Relaxed the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7624 of 2023 dated 25.04.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court in C.C.No.194 of 2022 daily morning at 10.30.A.M and evening at 5.30.P.M until futher order. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MANIMARAN.NA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7624 of 2023 on 25.04.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed and it has been taken cognizance in C.C. No.194 of 2022 before the Special Court EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)
