ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus to direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2015 pursuant to the enquiry conducted on 26.08.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Aairam K.Selvakumar, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. 3.The petitioner had pointed out certain misdeeds committed by the third respondent and sent a representation on 12.08.2015 to the respondents 1 and 2. In response to the same, the respondents 1 and 2 conducted enquiry on 26.08.2015. Thereafter, no final order has been passed. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.

4.As the misdeeds pointed out by the petitioner are with respect to the conduct of the third respondent in violating the rules and regulations of school education by employing the minor children to collect donations, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to look into the same at the earliest and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law based on the enquiry dated 26.08.2015. The above said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
