To set aside the order passed in E.P.No.7 of 2018 in C.D.No.210 of 2015 dated 09.09.2019 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti, Madurai District and allow the Civil Revision Petition. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.JEYAKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.R.PRITHVIRAJ, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time in the order made in CMP No.371 of 2021, in CRP(MD) SR No.49493 of 2020, by this Court, dated 09.02.2021.

2.This Court by earlier order dated 09.02.2021, allowed the petition filed by the petitioner for condonation of delay of 87 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition with a condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Legal Aid Service Authority. However, due to his ill health, the petitioner did not pay the amount. Hence, this petition.

CMP(MD) No.8254 of 2021 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to pay the above said amount to the Legal Aid Service Authority attached to this Bench immediately, without any further delay.
