[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed without impleading the necessary parties.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent has simply stated that the information, relating to names of selected candidates, can be obtained from the Director of School Education.
3. We are not able to accept the above submission. If that is the stand of the second respondent, either the same will have to be questioned specifically or the petitioner will have to approach the Director of School Education, asking particulars of those who have been recruited.
4. In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition stands dismissed, making it clear that after obtaining necessary particulars about the candidates, who have been selected and after impleading them as parties, a Writ Petition can be filed, if so advised.
