ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to enquire and take action on the 5th respondent and his team, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 08.06.2020.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that based on the compliant given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and closed as 'action dropped' on 21.11.2020.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for his remedy. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
