PRAYER :- To extend the time to the petitioner for surrender and furnish the sureties in Crl. OP. No.9563/2019 dated 09.07.2019 ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.9563 of 2019, dated 09/07/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that since the petitioners are unable to furnish sureties, they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court.
