For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory bail in Crime No. 930 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 294(b), and 302 of I.P.C., in Crime No.930 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the deceased was working as labour in a chicken stall owned by A2, who is the father of A1. Due to dispute, there was wordy quarrel between the deceased and the first accused. Hence, the first accuse left his shop and started new chicken stall near the petitioner's chicken stall. Due to which, the petitioner went to the deceased's chicken stall and attacked the deceased with deadly weapons and caused death. Hence, the complaint.

CRL OP(MD). No.13878 of 2020 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not present in the scene of occurrence and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
5.It is seen that this is the second application seeking anticipatory bail. The earlier anticipatory bail application in Crl.OP(MD)No.8680 of 2020 was dismissed on merit by this Court on 27.08.2020.
6.Taking into consideration of the fact that there is no change of circumstances after dismissal of the earlier bail application in Crl.OP(MD)No.8680 of 2020, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
