The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to instruct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to survey and fix stones at the boundaries of the petitioner's property in Survey No.199/18B3 and 199/18B4 in Thanavayal Village, Perattukottai Group, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District, by considering the fee chelan dated 04.07.2016 and his representation dated 10.05.2017.

2. The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the
respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the 2nd and 3rd respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2017 on merits and in accordance with law after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the other parties concerned, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
