ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /A1 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.06.2023 for the offences under sections 457,380 of IPC in Crime No.181 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner was arrested only on 11.06.2023 and another accused was still absconding, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
