The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to take expediate measures to appoint the petitioner on the compassionate ground by considering the petitioner's Original Representation dated 10.06.2015 forwarded by reminder representation dated 20.05.2017.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the original representation, of the petitioner, dated 10.06.2015 forwarded by reminder representation dated 20.05.2017 on merits and in accordance with law after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the other parties concerned, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
