ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has filed an application before the respondents 1 and 3 on 28.03.2016 to survey his land and demarcate the boundaries and he has also paid necessary fees for the same. Since no action has been taken so far, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the documents carefully.

3.Since the petitioner filed the above application as early as on 28.03.2016 along with necessary fee and that is pending, the respondents are directed to conduct survey the petitioner's property situated in Survey Nos.9/18 9/19B and 9/7 in T.Kokkulam Village, Tirumangalam Taluk and pass appropriate orders after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the rival claimants if any, with reference to the revenue records and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner's title deeds, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this oder.

4.With the abvoe direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
