O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property in S.No.652/1 measuring to an extent of 2 Acres approx at Balakrishnapuram Village, Dindigul Taluk and District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2017.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation, of the petitioner, dated 12.05.2017 on merits and in accordance with law after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the other parties concerned, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
