PRAYER :-For Bail in Crime No.535 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.11.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 397 of IPC.

2.The case of the prosecution is that in the year 2015, the petitioner and other accused persons said to have looted a sum of Rs.300/-from the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the occurrence was not at all happened on the date of registration of the FIR and the petitioner was in his house some police persons have arrived to his house and taken away the petitioner and foisted the false case on the petitioner. Hence , he may be granted bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that there are three cases pending against the petitioner and the offences are similar in nature.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that there are three cases pending against the petitioner and the offences are similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
