PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.10 of 2020 dated 24.07.2020 and to file Final Report in accordance with law within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the respondent to file Final Report in Crime No. 10 of 2020.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the FIR in Crime No.10 of 2020 is pending, without filing the final report till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is not co-operating with the respondent police by not producing the necessary documents. He would further submit that once the documents have been received, the Final Report will be filed within a period of four months.

5. Considering the submission, the petitioner is directed to produce the necessary documents before the second respondent police on 17.12.2020 without fail and on receipt of those documents from the petitioner, the second respondent police is directed to file a Final Report in Crime No.10 of 2020, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
