ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to give proper police protection to the petitioner life and limb,on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 19.7.2022

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 19.07.2022 is still pending with the third respondent.

4. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.07.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
