23 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURESH KUMAR P, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.THANGA ARAVINDH.B Government Advocate for Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4901 of 2023 dated 15.03.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the Legal Services Authority attached to this Bench, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
