PRAYER :- for Bail in Crime No.103 of 2019 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed by sole accused seeking bail for the alleged offence punishable under Section 394 of IPC, in Crime No.103 of 2000.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per the FIR, on 29.06.2019, at about 10.20 p.m, the petitioner sat on the top of the bathroom of the defacto complainant and snatched the thalli chain of the defacto complainant while she was coming to bath room during night hours. The defacto complainant starting to shout and all were came to the spot and attacked the accused person. CRL OP(MD). No.11054 of 2019 occurrence. He further submitted that the petitioner is in custody from 06.07.2019 and the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case, and hence, he prayed bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the petitioner committed to theft by snatching 14 grams of gold chain of the defacto complainant. He further submitted that the petitioner is having 4 previous cases similar in nature. Hence, he strongly opposed this petition.

5.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that already the petitioner is having 4 previous cases similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the bail petition is dismissed.
