Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner states that on the land belonging to the writ petitioner/temple, the second respondent is running what is known Uzhavar Sandhai. However rent is not being paid. The third respondent has to fix the fair rent. Only then the second respondent can be called upon to clear the 2/4

arrears and pay the future rents. The petitioner's petition for fixation of fair rent is pending with the third respondent since 2016. The third respondent shall pass order fixing the rent in respect of the petition mentioned land within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
